Facilitated by Rachael Turnbull, Contact a Family’s Finance & Welfare Parent Adviser, this workshop will offer advice and support for parent/carers completing DLA forms for Children aged 16 and under.
The session is suitable for both renewals and first time applicants –It will be helpful to bring your DLA form or a photocopy to the workshop.
This free workshop is open to parent/carers of children and young people aged 0-16 with any disability or additional need.
