1. UK Visit - March 2016
The project was launched with a visit from the six European countries to the UK. During the week, our students acted as ambassadors to the other schools' staff and students and showed them what life was like at our school. There were lots of activities planned during the week including a visit to the Tees Valley Wildlife Trust, workshops in school, and visits to places of local interest such as Mima and Saltburn. Students could socialise with our guests during the evenings when we tooke them out to places like Hollywood Bowl, Pizza Hut, Toby Carvery and even one evening was spent in school playing bingo and having a Ceilidh!
Everyone had a lovely week and made lots of friends! the Erasmus Project will now get underway with other schools creating their own gardens back at home using some of the things they have learnt whilst over here.
