Welcome to the Creative Couch Tees Valley

We are delighted to be able to share with you some creative sessions from our friends at Tin Arts.

New sessions will be added fortnightly, so you can work on them in your own time - as many times as you like.

IMPORTANT  INFORMATION  
When  following any of the videos:  

• Please ensure you are fit and well before taking part in any exercise. If you do not  feel 100% we recommend you rest. 
• Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely to exercise  

• Please make sure you have enough space around you to exercise and there is no furniture or items close to you that may cause you to trip or fall  

• Remember not to wear socks on slippery surfaces

• Please follow the exercises as best you can and do not change the exercise (for  example don't make any exercises faster or add jumps etc)
